Sara and I competed in the Orange County Duathlon this morning in Mission Viejo. The race consisted of a 1.2 mile run followed by a 25 mile bike followed by a 6.2 mile run.
We both had good races:
Kari – 2nd Age Group with a 1:58
Sara – 1st Age Group with a 2:12
The prizes were a bottle of wine – sounds good to us 😁
There was a wine and beer sponsor so we got to hold those huge beer steins on the podium.
