Sara and I spent Monday boating over to Catalina and spending the day in Avalon and the surrounding area running and swimming with out great friends Kara, Mickie, John, Lydia, Peter, Ana, Chris and Marco. We had great weather and calm water in our channel cross both ways and the water was crystal clear for swimming on the island. Huge thanks to Lydia and Peter for their great hospitality; it was a blast.
