Some mornings you just get to the beach at the right time to swim and this morning was one of those. We met our friend Larry at 8:30 at Strand and the sun was out making the air just warm enough to comfortably put on our wet suits. There were some slight rollers but past them the water was calm with only a slight roll and the floating kelp was not to be seen. Having clean ocean ahead as we swam to the lifeguard bouy near the point at Doheny beach. The time went so quick out in the water we just floated and talked out in the water at each end of the swim to make it last longer..Larry giving us more stories about IMMoo etc.
After the swim we got to go over and see Larry and Kims new black lab puppy. Kim is raising the training this little pup to be a seeing eye dog for an owner when they turn them over. We couldn’t believe how soft and cute she was, and we could see from the size of her feet that she is going to grow up big and fast – awesome to see them at this age!
