In April 2002 we bought our fist rental home. It was a whirlwind tour after driving for 7hours leaving at 1:00 AM in the morning. We went with the recommendation of the real estate agent and bought a 4 bedroom in Surprise, AZ. We were so tired from driving instead of sleeping that the day was a long one, but we are hopeful that we are paving the way to financial independence. It is much less risk than developers take and it’s more fun than opening up a Physical Therapy Practice. Disposition = Pleasant.
