Today the skies opened up to blue and the sun came out, signaling it was time to get outside and have some fun. Our first go was the high school pool in Laguna Beach, but there was a water polo match today. Not to be stopped we next headed to our favorite beach – Table Rock between Laguna Beach and Monarch Beach.

The waves were kicking today after the storm blew through and the surf was pounding the rocks and kicking up some awesome spray. We hiked around to check out the waves and then went in to get some of the water on our feet and legs with our new best friend Inga – check it out:

That night we walked over to one of our favorite restaurants now Savannah Chop House for dinner. Inga really dressed up for dinner and Flat got a new California wardrobe since he is now a beach bum – check out the Hawaiian shirt and khaki pants.
We sat down to a nice dinner and all Flat wanted was a cold drink after being out in all that sun, so lemonade was the drink of choice – well done!
