My favorite John Hughes film changed over time – First it was Sixteen Candles and then The Breakfast Club, but I know one thing he captured what is was like to be a teen in the 1980 and I solute him for it. In a decade with Cold War and the emminent threat of Nuclear inolation we had his stories to help us cope with being a teenager.
