To those of you that know how long I have had my current bike (Waterford) it is an end to an era. I am finally replacing the old bike for a new Calfee frame which should be ready this weekend. Then I get the exciting task of picking out the components and the extras to make it triathlon worthy.
Ever heard of self-directed IRA accounts. These accounts allow you to roll traditional IRA or Roth accounts into them and invest no only in traditional securites and mutual funds but also real estate, mortgages, etc. We were so excited to hear about them and Sara just attend day seminar with a company called Entrust that sets up and administers such accounts. Moving forward with our house buying business this year we are definately look to rolling some of out IRA money into some real estate investments. Take a look you too will be excited.
