So in case that title means nothing to you like it didn’t to me about 2 months ago – time to go out and rent The Cable Guy. In the movie Jim Carey is a loner who goes to Medieval Times a couple of times a week and really gets into it when he is there as you can see. After watching this clip we were ready to go!
Larry, Kim Sara and I are in a sort of birthday club were we pick places to go out for each others birthdays. When we started talking about Medieval Times we had to make that our next spot. After weeks of taunting each other with texts about the red night we went this week.
Here is all of us after we walked in and got the crowns of our night and you guessed it – we have to cheer for the Red Knight (see our red crowns) – He is our man!
As you flow into this place it is like an amusement part with Bars and concessions stands that sell swords and shields and a walk through attraction for Medieval Torture methods (we decided to not go for the extra 2 bucks).
As we waited there was a talking guys who was leading us to the Kings throne were special people (who signed up) had the honor of being Knighted by the King. This talking guy has a booming voice and was really funny. When we got into what I can only call an Arena I was blown away, it was huge.
Not only did they feed us all our food that we had to eat with our hands but the Theatre show lasted from the time we got into the door until we left. I put together a movie of the videos I took so take a look.
This was a blast and I told Larry at the end accurately that it was the best birthday Ever – We had such a fun time cheering for our Knight and getting into the whole Medieval experience – Try it out!
