The Fonz was a character in a TV show called Happy Days on the air in the late 70’s and 80’s. The show took place in Milwaukee, WI so they created a bronze statue as a tribute to him on the Riverwalk in Downtown Milwaukee. We parked our car in downtown Milwaukee and then ran the Riverwalk to find the statue. Here is a picture of Sara and I posing with the statue.
We were really impressed with the riverwalk and all of the renovation that is being done on the river in Milwaukee. The city has done tons of work and developers are putting in beautiful condo’s with boat docks on the river. Here are some pics of the view:
