Sara and I had a visit from our friend Lauren Jensen this weekend. She stayed with us on Saturday night and also ran in the Pacific Shoreline Half Marathon on Sunday. It was a great race with cool weather with a light sprinkle of rain toward the end to keep us all cool and running fast. Lauren took second and Sara was 7th. Sara also had a chance to go down to San Diego and ride with Lauren and Joanna Zieger today; just Sara chilling with the professional triathletes.
